Dear Lord,

I love and need you. I long to hide in the shelter of Your wings. Thank You for sparing my life, so I can live and love my dear family. Help us to love with joy and patience. Keep our lives slow and peaceful, full of serving others and not ourselves. Be with my kids, dear Lord. They need You so much. They need Your peace to make it through our busy days. They need Your strength to face their unique challenges. They need Your love to feel secure and Your grace to remember they are never alone. Let them love You with all their hearts, resting in Your lovingkindness.
